These Terms of Service govern your use of Pay Vets Now, operated by MF Automations LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Pay Vets Now provides (a) self-help software for veterans preparing their own VA disability claims (Starter and Portal tiers) and (b) representation by VA-accredited attorneys or claims agents on VA appeals (Appeals tier, contingent on a separately signed fee agreement governed by 38 CFR 14.636). Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client or agent-client relationship except through a signed fee agreement.

2. No fees on initial claims

We do not charge any fee to prepare an initial VA claim. Subscription fees are for software access and are unrelated to claim outcome. Appeals contingency fees apply only after the VA has issued an initial decision.

3. Eligibility

You must be a U.S. veteran, dependent, or survivor eligible for VA benefits, or an authorized agent acting for one, and at least 18 years old.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use. We treat your military, medical, and financial information with care under HIPAA principles and applicable state privacy laws.

5. Limitation of liability

The software is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any specific claim outcome. Federal VA adjudication is outside our control.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
